These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdt7 ("bdt7", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdt7 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and the bdt7 VIP loyalty programme.

bdt7 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours to reflect in your bdt7 account balance.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

All transactions on bdt7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment provider processes in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. bdt7 accepts no responsibility for currency conversion costs imposed by third-party providers.

Where bdt7 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. bdt7 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation into prohibited conduct involving the platform.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bdt7 platform or its software.
• Use any bdt7 trademark, logo, or brand identifier for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on bdt7 platform content.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using the bdt7 platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. bdt7 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses sustained by players on the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your gambling activity remains within your personal financial means.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdt7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bdt7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
